I know how you feel. Its so tempting to eat junk food but you have to be strong. Eating healthy snacks are better for you. You would be surprised but there are alot of great healthy snacks out there and you would never know it. For example supreme pizza, pretty much piza in general is good(i worked for pizza hut for a couple years, its not as fattening as people think) popcorn is really healthy too. Here is a site tht might help i know its a kid site but the snacks are still good:
If you have any questions just email me and ill be happy to email back some more healthy recipes(after all im prego i have to break my junk food and sodas) As for your broher talk to your parents about it and if they dont say anything about it or do anything just ignore him.. siblings are so annoying sometimes. I have faith in you everything will be fine.
I think you should try to call the aftercare lady yourself. Phone your therapy place and ask for a change in therapists (talk to your parents beforehand). The junk food thing, go straight to your parents. Your mother could understand how you feel about junk food, being a recovering bulimic herself. Ask your brother to keep his junk food in a seperate cabinet, one you don’t go in much, if at all. Have your parents within earshot. I know it’ll still be hard for you, but you have to take a deep breath and remind yourself it’s not fair for him to be asked to have no junk food in the house.
If you just need a person to talk to and open up to, try a trustworthy friend, or your mother. Sometimes it helps just for someone to listen. If you’d like to contact me feel free to.
You’ve already taken so many steps in admitting the problem and working to fix it.

Hi Elizabeth
