Bulimia doesn’t have to involve binge eating. In any case, get some help to find out why you need this control and what you don’t have control over in your life to make you do this. It ruins your teeth and causes severe heart problems!
This is bulimia and if it is u that has this eating disorder you should let someone know that you can trust and get help or have someone get help for you! Let me tell you your body is fine theres no reason to make yourself vomit!
