You probably have a beautiful figure. Your weight will probably fluctuate up and down by 5 lbs or so, nothing to get stressed out about. If you feel good and eat good, you’ll be more active and won’t have to worry about a weight problem.

i completely understand. i said i would never ever be bulimic again an that id lose weight with good ol exercise. well i just cant help it,im addicted to weight loss, every time i lose weight i think ill be happier at a smaller number. and now i feel so guilty about every bad food that i eat that not only do i workout 5 days a week but ive become bulimic again, im 5′5″ and now weigh100lbs and i want to lose 5 more pounds. please do not start your eating disorder again, i regret my relapse every day, it makes me so depressed, i feel disgusting and sneeky. and you just waste so much food and money on the food that ends up in the toilet. now i want to stop but part of me cant let go just yet. dont end up in the same spot im in!

It’s not weird, but it is definitely bad. Eating disorders are kinda like addictions. You like how it made you look, even though you know it’s unhealthy. You can become obsessed with it. For some people, it’s a way of having control over something in their lives. The only thing that broke me from my eating disorder was getting pregnant and knowing that if I continued eating the way I was, I would seriously harm my baby. Now that I’m no longer pregnant, I am trying very hard not to go back to my old ways. It really is hard, but you can do it! You have to rethink your image of beauty and know that you are more beautiful when you aren’t rail-thin.

You could try finding an activity that makes you feel good and distracts you from such things. Find a club or organization that has nothing to with aesthetics that you might enjoy. Commit your spare time to that activity, so that you don’t have time to worry. Sports, community service organizations, HAM radio club, model rocketry, swing dancing, painting, start a business, mow lawns, whatever.

If you lead an active lifestyle and eat food regularly such that you generally aren’t hungry, then you are at your perfect weight. You don’t need to worry about it.
