    I think you should eat less food and exercise more,
    you should eat more fruits and veges and you can tell yourself that you shouldn’t eat after 7 o’clock, and then just read a book or whatever you like to do and just don’t think about food, or just go to sleep early. I hoped i helped you, if not i tried.

    walk whenever you can, walk to school, walk to class, walk to the market, walk to a friend’s house. If the distance is too far to walk, then park a little bit far away so you can still get the walking done. Dont eat after 7 pm. Eat early in the morning a good healthy non greasy breakfast, eat a decent lunch and small dinner. good luck

    Honestly, if I were you i’d spend the money and buy (or maybe even rent?) the ministry of sound pump it up workout dvd. If you’re anything like me and love to dance then this is great cause you really want to do it. The best thing is that you can actually turn the visual off and just have the great music to dance to yourself. Try this, drink more water (no coke etc no matter what) and reduce fat intake and you’ll be fine :)

    The fact that you’re having a hard time committing to exercising shows that you aren’t ready emotionally to lose weight. A successful diet is 25% diet, 25% exercise, and 50% attitude. To successfully lose weight and keep it off, you need to be prepared mentally.

    What helps me be motivated is a picture of a model in a really cute bikini (that I eventually want to fit in to!). It’s kind of shallow, I know, but when I’m feeling discouraged, I look at the picture and think to myself that one day I can look good in the bikini, too, and that helps me say no to temptations and motivates me to exercise.

    Also, it’s key to find an exercise you really enjoy doing. Are you a swimmer? Biker? Jogger? Walker? Studies show that walkers lose just as much body fat as joggers, so if the idea of jogging is daunting to you, just power walk!

    Also, to help create an ideal body shape and tone muscles, weight training (every other day so you can give your muscles a chance to rebuild) is essential. There are many different programs that reap excellent results out there, you just have to find the one that’s right for you! Try looking at or. You can also google it.

    Eat a healthy, low calorie diet with a variety of foods. Try writing down everything you eat for 3 days to see what foods are causing you not to lose weight. Try to eat about 1500-1600 calories a day along with exercise.
