Aw I am sorry you are going through this. Unless its an immense amount of hair Nothing to worry about! But other things you have are serious and I really have never had this problem but things you could try would be to eat more! I mean you say your vegetarian try taking something with PROTIEN no meat or much vegetable takes all protien out of your diet so try a vitamin with protein and then just eat a bit more!

That’s horrible. I dont know…maybe seeing a psychiatrist will help you.
Or maybe getting a second opinion from a different psychologist.
Definitely need to see a psychiatrist.
