Ryan Halvorson

In your situation an eating disorder program could be very beneficial for you. Even though you are not afraid of gaining weight, you have negative thoughts about food, and an eating disorder program would help you work through that fear or displeasure. I have to drink 9-10 carnation instant breakfasts 375 cal plus whatever food I can eat at meals and snacks (I have severe stomach and malabsorbtion problems) so I know you don't want to have to drink those nasty ensures for the rest of your life! Good luck! Hope this helps! =)

Vincent Cairns

Even though you have fears about gaining weight, your health is more important. Even if you dont feel hungry you should still eat, eat healthy foods which are high in fibre and vitamins. And you might not put on weight and you will be healthy.
