Love, encouragement and healthy direction for their life. Improving
low self esteem, and helping them to fully understand balance in
their life, can help. Extremes do not work, too much food, too little
food, too much exercise, too little exercise, binging purging all
result in failure to create a healthy body and self image.

Feed them. Why not let this child enjoy the only thing that makes him happy? Food is great.
