to have an eating disorder, you actually have to see yourself as fat. if you don’t see yourself as fat, than you don’t have an eating disorder.

I **** to say it but it looks like you do. You do not have to be “officially diagnosed” or must see yourself in a certain way to have an eating disorder. Any type of irregular compulsory eating followed by periods of starvation is considered actions of someone with an eating disorder.

Can I ask why you’re doing this? Think of it this way, when you eat a lot 1 day and starve yourself the next day, you end up with the same amount over the 2 day period but this way hurts your body…it really isn’t hard to stay in shape and eat well at the same time.

    Yes you do…and it’s pathetic.

How difficult is it to take care of yourself? Eat normally, exercise normally and you will look great, and more imporantly have a HEALTHY body.

I’m 5′4, weigh around 128 and I’ve never had a problem with food. I find great pleasure in eating but since I’m no athlete, I go for a walk for 45 minutes everyday.

You need to get your act together. This track will not take you anywhere except a 1 way trip to the doctor. At least you recognize it enough to ask and maybe want to change. I hope you do change because it’s not good for you and its absolutely pathetic.
