pica means craving non-food items such as dirt, ice, etc. it is usually a sign of iron deficiency. perhaps a vitamin would help you out? a doc could check your blood to see if you are truly iron deficient.

I would like to help, I have previously suffered from an eating disorder as well. I have never heard of “picca” though, if you will..please explain.
