Somehow I doubt your question is serious. You don’t even make sense. You are either lying or you are like 11 years old.

if you can be comfortable with 120 then you can learn to be comfortable around 135-140 and thats just right.

If your weight is on your mind 24/7 and you are constantly thinking about food or hunger you may have an eating disorder. There is help out there that doesn’t cost a thing….. Its called OA… Compulsive Over-eaters Anonymous. They have groups all over the country that meet once a week. Its a twelve step program that’s based on AA/ Alcoholics Anonymous only in place of Alcohol its food and in place of Alcoholic its compulsive over-eater. The best part is that its completely anonymous. There are people there that are bulimic, anorexic, overweight and exercise addicts. You should check it out. To find a meeting near you go to

I think you have an eating disorder if your diet, calorie counting, and weight loss take over your life (or a huge amount of your thought process). Believe me, I understand how you feel about weight gain. Being overweight makes you feel ugly and undesirable. Your mom lacks empathy possibly because she doesn’t understand what you are going through. Some people, for example, think depression is just being really sad. For those of us who have experienced it, it is MUCH more. You seem very educated on weight loss. Cutting your caloric intake to 700 per day is not a good idea, but you probably know that. What does your family doctor say? To answer your question, if you feel as if the weight loss process is taking over your life, then yes, it is an eating disorder, and you should talk to your doctor about it. Good luck. I know how difficult it is.

i am sorry for users that feel they should come on this forum and make fun of peoples questions.

lulu-i think it is unneccessary and you can usually tell when someone is being silly on these boards. obviously you have no class.

i believe that you do have a eating disorder in the making. it seems to be consuming your life i.e. your food journal which i suspect is tallying calories and what you have ate in a day perhaps even feeled with thoughts of yourself or your weight. i love the user who replied with the website info. but she said that she does not have insurance or money to see a doc…i don’t know what to do about that because you need to see one!

its horrible when people cannot get or afford medical treatment!
