this morning, I ate fried rice, egg, ham, bacon and coffee. Mid-afternoon: 10 slices of bread or until I’m full. Lunch 3 sevings of rice, fried porkchop and frizzy pop. snack: 5 servings of fried glazed banana (banana cue). dinner 3 servings of rice & ground beef omelete. And mid night snack of 3 servings of yakisoba. I ate because I eat even theres a guilty feeling

I’m guilty…I thought it was just an ordinary eating but it is an eating disorder already. So scary!!
